At Hellenic Legends, every product is made especially for you after your order has been placed. This helps reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing.

RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges because of:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
